SOFT CUT ICONS: FREE-USE TERMS
Version 1.0

These terms cover the Soft Cut Icons files you download from Tide Social
Studio at no charge: 200 icons supplied as 200 SVGs and 200 PNGs.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

You may store, copy, resize, recolor, modify and combine the icons, and use
them in unlimited personal, business and client projects, worldwide, with no
fee, royalty or time limit. No attribution to Tide is required.

This includes using individual icons in the interface of a website, app,
software product, presentation, document, sign, menu, packaging, printed
piece or social post, and delivering those finished projects to clients.
The icons may appear in the files a finished website or app needs to run.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not:

- Redistribute the icon files, or modified versions, as reusable assets,
  whether alone, in an icon pack, icon font, UI kit, template, theme,
  plugin, course, stock library, dataset or other download, for free or for
  sale. Point people to Tide's page so they can get their own copy.
- Sell an icon essentially on its own, such as a sticker, print or digital
  download that substitutes for the icon.
- Use an icon as a logo or trademark, or claim exclusive rights in it.
- Imply that Tide endorses you, or claim the icons were created entirely by
  you or entirely without AI.

3. ORIGIN AND RIGHTS

All 200 icons were created with AI under Tide's creative direction, drawn
directly as vector shapes rather than generated as images. Each supplied PNG
is a render of its matching SVG. The offline browser uses the Geist font
under the SIL Open Font License; see CREDITS.txt. The Barcode icon is
symbolic and does not encode data.

The icons are supplied on a nonexclusive basis. Common icon shapes are
widely shared, and similar icons exist elsewhere. Tide grants only the rights
it can grant and does not clear any third party's trademark or other rights.

4. NO WARRANTY

The files are free and provided as they are, without warranty, to the extent
the law allows. For a missing or faulty file, contact
hello@tidesocialstudio.com. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully
be limited.

5. GENERAL

Tide may end these permissions for anyone who redistributes the files in
breach of section 2; finished projects made before then may stay in use.
Later versions of these terms apply only to later downloads. Virginia law
governs, subject to mandatory protections where you live.
