WHO CAN USE THE KIT

After purchase and acceptance, one named creator may use the obtained kit version without a time limit. You may keep private working copies and backups. Every additional person who edits or reuses the kit's templates or components needs their own license. Clients and audiences don't need a license merely to view or use finished designs.

WHAT YOU CAN MAKE

You may customize the supplied Canva templates and Tide-supplied backgrounds and components for websites, social posts, marketing materials, packaging, labels, presentations, correspondence, and other finished personal, business, or client designs. No Tide attribution or per-project royalty is required.

You may personalize the native-text wordmarks with your own business name or initials and use the result as a business identity. This permission covers the wordmark template, not Canva stock photographs or illustrations used as logos. The shared layout is nonexclusive; Tide doesn't promise uniqueness, trademark clearance, or registration eligibility.

CLIENT WORK AND SHARING

You may charge for your design services and deliver finished exports or publish a finished client website. An editable handoff requires each recipient who will edit or reuse the kit to have their own kit license. Canva's client-transfer requirements also apply to Canva content.

Except for the permitted handoff of a customized client design described above, don't share the access PDF, template links, reusable files, or modified substitutes. Don't resell or give away the kit as another template pack, brand kit, stock library, membership resource, or downloadable asset bundle. Don't sell a supplied background or component essentially on its own as a sticker, print, or similar substitute for the original asset.

CANVA CONTENT AND FONTS

The editable templates are supplied for use in Canva. Canva stock content remains subject to Canva's own licenses and account requirements; Tide doesn't sell ownership of those assets. Stock photographs aren't supplied as separate downloads.

Rammetto One, Righteous, Sofia Sans Extra Condensed, and Roboto Mono font files are included for convenience under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. The full license and original copyright notices are reproduced unchanged at these paths:

These font files retain their original copyright and license. Tide's one-creator, sharing, and redistribution restrictions don't apply to these font files; the Open Font License controls their use and redistribution. Including a font doesn't grant Canva upload features or a Canva subscription.

OWNERSHIP AND PURCHASE TERMS

You keep your rights in your own text, photographs, and original additions. No exclusive rights to the kit are transferred. Tide grants only permissions it can grant. The purchase terms presented at checkout and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
