This is the license for Duskletter Media, a complete Canva brand kit from the Tide shop. Please read it before you buy: the checkout asks you to accept it for one named creator. It’s also available as a plain-text file.
In short
One named creator may use the obtained kit version without a time limit for finished personal, business, and client designs. You may charge for design services, deliver finished exports, and publish finished client websites. No Tide attribution or per-project royalty is required.
Each additional person who edits or reuses the kit needs their own license, including recipients of an editable client handoff. Don't share the access PDF, template links, reusable files, or modified substitutes. Don't resell or give away the kit as templates, stock, or an asset bundle, or sell a supplied background or component essentially on its own as a sticker, print, or similar substitute.
You may personalize the native-text wordmarks for your business identity. The shared layouts are nonexclusive; uniqueness, trademark clearance, and registration eligibility aren't promised. Canva content and fonts remain subject to Canva's own terms.

WHO CAN USE THE KIT
After purchase and acceptance, one named creator may use the obtained kit version without a time limit. You may keep private working copies and backups. Every additional person who edits or reuses the kit's templates or components needs their own license. Clients and audiences don't need a license merely to view or use finished designs.
WHAT YOU CAN MAKE
You may customize the supplied Canva templates and Tide-supplied backgrounds and components for websites, social posts, marketing materials, packaging, labels, presentations, correspondence, and other finished personal, business, or client designs. No Tide attribution or per-project royalty is required.
You may personalize the native-text wordmarks with your own business name or initials and use the result as a business identity. This permission covers the wordmark template, not Canva stock photographs or illustrations used as logos. The shared layout is nonexclusive; Tide doesn't promise uniqueness, trademark clearance, or registration eligibility.
Duskletter Media and the client names shown in the sample designs are fictional. Replace them with your own names before you publish.
CLIENT WORK AND SHARING
You may charge for your design services and deliver finished exports or publish a finished client website. An editable handoff requires each recipient who will edit or reuse the kit to have their own kit license. Canva's client-transfer requirements also apply to Canva content.
Except for the permitted handoff of a customized client design described above, don't share the access PDF, template links, reusable files, or modified substitutes. Don't resell or give away the kit as another template pack, brand kit, stock library, membership resource, or downloadable asset bundle. Don't sell a supplied background or component essentially on its own as a sticker, print, or similar substitute for the original asset.
CANVA TEMPLATES, CANVA CONTENT, AND FONTS
The editable templates are supplied for use in Canva through the template links in the access PDF. Each link makes your own copy in your Canva account; the master designs stay with Tide. Canva stock content remains subject to Canva's own licenses and account requirements; Tide doesn't sell ownership of those assets. Stock photographs and other Canva content aren't supplied as separate downloads.
The kit doesn't include any font files. Its templates use Touvlo and Libre Caslon Condensed as Canva provides them. Using those fonts in Canva is governed by Canva's terms. This license doesn't grant any right to download, install, extract, or use them outside Canva.
OWNERSHIP AND PURCHASE TERMS
You keep your rights in your own text, photographs, and original additions. No exclusive rights to the kit are transferred. Tide grants only permissions it can grant. The purchase terms presented at checkout and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
