Services

Social media management and brand design services are provided under a separate agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services until confirmed in writing.

Digital products and payment

Digital products are sold and delivered through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and any applicable taxes. When you buy a product, you also agree to Polar's terms.

Refunds

Our digital products are delivered instantly, so all sales are final. That said, if a product is faulty, does not work, or is not as described, email us within 14 days and we will make it right or refund you.

The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tide Social Studio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
