Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it or misuse its content.
Intellectual property
Tide Social Studio retains the rights it holds in this site's text, branding, design and other content. Some products include AI-generated or third-party material, which may carry different rights. Downloaded products may be used under the license supplied with them. Graphics products are covered by the Graphics License, which you accept at checkout, and that license controls permitted use of those files where it differs from these general website terms.
Services
Social media management and brand design services are provided under a separate agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services until confirmed in writing.
Digital products and payment
Digital products are sold and delivered through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, any applicable taxes, and refunds. When you buy a product, you also agree to Polar's terms.
Refunds
Our digital products are delivered instantly, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If a product is faulty, doesn't work, or isn't as described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund you. Refunds are processed through Polar as the merchant of record. Nothing here shortens any statutory guarantee, cancellation, refund or other right that applies where you live.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tide Social Studio isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
