These terms cover the monthly white-label client reports Tide Social Studio makes for social media managers and agencies (“you”). Tide Social Studio is based in Virginia, United States. By asking us to start reports, you agree to them.
What you get. For each client on your plan: one report a month for one platform, in your branding, with a summary, key numbers and trends, top posts, what's working and what isn't, three recommendations, progress against goals, and evidence notes. Each report comes as editable files (Google Slides or PowerPoint, Google Sheets or Excel) plus a PDF. A branded template is set up once, free.
What we need. Each client's data for the month by the 3rd: the platform's export, or view-only access through your existing access, never a password. We deliver within 3 business days of receiving complete data. If data arrives late or incomplete, the report moves by the same amount.
Prices and billing. $100 per client a month for one platform, and $25 a month for each extra platform. Studios that sign up by January 31, 2027 pay a founding rate of $75 per client a month for their first 3 months, then the standard price. We invoice monthly in advance, and payment is due before that month's reports are made. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email, and a change never applies to a month you've already paid for.
No contract. You can cancel any month by telling us before the 1st, and you won't be billed for the next month. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Months already paid aren't refunded, but we'll finish that month's reports. If a report is late or wrong because of our mistake, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund that report.
The free first month. For the first three studios we agree it with, the first month is free for up to 2 clients. In return, we ask for honest feedback and what you'd pay after. Positive feedback isn't required. If we quote you, with your permission, we'll say you received a free month. Nothing continues automatically: after the free month you choose whether to start paying.
Your clients' data. You decide what data to send, and you're responsible for having your clients' permission to share it with a service provider. We use it only to make your reports, as described on our privacy page. It's processed in Google Drive and with Claude, set so it doesn't train on the data, and it's never sold or added to any other dataset. We delete each client's working files within 90 days after that client comes off your plan, after you leave, or sooner if you ask.
Confidentiality and conflicts. We keep every studio's clients and reports confidential. If a second studio asks us to report on a client we already cover, we'll tell you before we take it on, without saying who the other studio is. We don't offer exclusivity unless we agree it in writing.
White-label. The reports carry your branding and no mention of Tide, including in the file details. What you tell your client about our part is up to you. You own the finished reports you pay for, and you can edit, present, and charge for them as your own. Our templates, methods, and evidence-notes formats remain ours.
What reports are and aren't. Reports are analysis of the data you send, with recommendations, not a promise of results. Platforms change their data and definitions, and we can only report what the data shows. You review every report before your client sees it, and the decision to act on it is yours. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the reports involved.
Ending. Either of us can end the service with notice before the next month starts. We may stop at once if fees go unpaid or the service is misused. The data clauses continue until your data is deleted.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. For anything not covered here, Tide's general terms apply. Questions: hello@tidesocialstudio.com.
