This is the license for Sunday Standard, a complete Canva brand kit from the Tide shop. Please read it before you buy: the checkout asks you to accept it for one named creator. It’s also available as a plain-text file.
In short
One named creator may use the obtained kit version without a time limit for finished personal, business, and client designs. You may charge for your design services, deliver finished exports, and publish finished client websites. No Tide attribution or per-project royalty is required.
Each additional person who edits or reuses the kit needs their own license, including recipients of an editable handoff. Do not share the access PDF, template links, reusable files, or modified substitutes. Do not resell or give away the kit or its assets as templates, stock, asset bundles, or essentially standalone stickers, prints, or similar substitutes.
The bundled Outfit font files are an exception: Tide's one-creator, sharing, and redistribution restrictions do not apply to them. Their use and redistribution are governed by the included SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Other fonts remain subject to their own terms.
You may personalize native-text wordmarks for your business identity. The shared layouts are nonexclusive; no uniqueness, trademark clearance, or registration eligibility is promised. Canva stock and font terms still apply.

WHO CAN USE THE KIT
After purchase and acceptance, one named creator may use the obtained kit version without a time limit. You may keep private working copies and backups. Every additional person who edits or reuses the kit's templates or components needs their own license. Clients and audiences do not need a license merely to view or use finished designs.
WHAT YOU CAN MAKE
You may customize the supplied Canva templates and Tide-supplied backgrounds and components for websites, social posts, marketing materials, presentations, correspondence, and other finished personal, business, or client designs. No Tide attribution or per-project royalty is required.
You may personalize the native-text wordmarks with your own business name or initials and use the result as a business identity. This permission covers the wordmark template, not Canva stock photographs or illustrations used as logos. The shared layout is nonexclusive; Tide does not promise uniqueness, trademark clearance, or registration eligibility.
CLIENT WORK AND SHARING
You may charge for your design services and deliver finished exports or publish a finished client website. An editable handoff requires each recipient who will edit or reuse the kit to have their own kit license. Canva's client-transfer requirements also apply to Canva content.
Do not share the access PDF, template links, reusable files, or modified substitutes. Do not resell or give away the kit as another template pack, brand kit, stock library, membership resource, or downloadable asset bundle. Do not sell a supplied background or component essentially on its own as a sticker, print, or similar substitute for the original asset.
CANVA CONTENT AND FONTS
The editable templates are supplied for use in Canva. Canva stock content remains subject to Canva's own licenses and account requirements; Tide does not sell ownership of those assets. Stock photographs are not supplied as separate downloads.
Outfit font files are included for convenience under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1, reproduced in Fonts/Outfit/OFL.txt. The Outfit files retain their original copyright and license. Tide's one-creator, sharing, and redistribution restrictions do not apply to those font files; the Open Font License controls their use and redistribution. Other fonts remain subject to their own terms and are not bundled. Including a font does not grant Canva upload features or a Canva subscription.
OWNERSHIP AND PURCHASE TERMS
You keep your rights in your own text, photographs, and original additions. No exclusive rights to the kit are transferred. Tide grants only permissions it can grant. The purchase terms presented at checkout and mandatory consumer rights still apply.
