What it is

An evidence-led assessment, not a dashboard. We separate what the data supports from what still needs testing, then tell you what to do next in order.

Posting consistently and getting nothing back is the most demoralizing place to be in social. You're doing the work, the numbers are flat, and there's no obvious reason why. Most advice at that point is guesswork dressed up as confidence: post more reels, try a trend, be more authentic.

An audit replaces that guesswork with an evidence-led assessment. We review your analytics, recent content, offer and profile, and relevant competitors to identify the strongest explanations the available data supports. Then we separate what is known from what still needs testing and order the next steps by likely usefulness, effort, and confidence.

You get evidence, not a vibe

Every finding is tied to an observation in your data or account context. Where the evidence can't establish a cause, we say so and turn the explanation into a focused test.

Prioritized, not a wish list

A list of thirty improvements is useless. You get a short plan ordered by evidence strength, expected usefulness, and effort, so you know what to do on Monday morning.

Yours to run either way

The plan is written so you or your existing team can execute it. Hiring us afterward is an option, not the price of getting value from it.

Honest about what isn't broken

Sometimes the content is fine and the offer, the bio, or the funnel is the problem. We'd rather tell you that than sell you posts you don't need.

What you get

How it runs

The typical target is one to two weeks. Your part is the brief, access, any necessary clarifications, and the walkthrough.

You give us view access to your analytics and fill in a short brief covering your goals, your offer, and who you're trying to reach.

Day 1
02

Within 2 weeks

What it costs

One fixed fee, paid upfront, with no obligation to work together afterward.

From $900for two platforms, audited and planned

That covers the full account review, the analytics deep dive, the competitor benchmark, the content breakdown, your written 90-day plan, and the walkthrough call.

What moves the price
Each platform beyond the first twofrom $200
Deeper competitor set, six accounts instead of threefrom $250
Website and funnel review alongside socialfrom $400
A follow-up review 90 days laterfrom $350
Rolling it into monthly managementfrom $1,500/mo

If you decide to move into monthly management within 30 days of the audit, the audit fee comes off your first month. It would be strange to charge you twice for the same thinking.

Questions

View access to your platform insights, which you can grant and revoke without sharing passwords, plus your website analytics if you have them. We'll send simple instructions. We never need your login.

Around one to two weeks from the day access comes through, including the walkthrough call.

Small accounts are welcome, but limited data changes what we can conclude. We can still review the profile, offer, content decisions, and data quality; we'll label weak signals honestly and emphasize low-risk tests rather than claim a stable pattern from a handful of posts.

No, and that distinction matters. A report summarizes what happened. The audit interprets the strongest available evidence, explains its limits, and turns plausible explanations into next actions and tests.

No. The plan is designed to be executed by you or whoever already runs your social. Moving into a retainer is optional, not a condition of receiving the deliverable.

Then you probably don't need this. If you can name the problem and the fix, spend the money on doing it instead. Book the audit when you're genuinely stuck on why.

Not in the base audit, which focuses on organic. If ads are a big part of your spend, mention it when you inquire and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people.

Yes. The partner version gives social media managers specialist analytical production within their client scope, with evidence notes, editable files, and a review walkthrough before anything is presented.
