What it is

The whole thing handled: planned, designed, written, posted, and answered. Not a scheduling tool with your name on it.

Most business owners don't stop posting because they ran out of ideas. They stop because it's the one task with no deadline, so it quietly loses to everything that does have one. Then three weeks pass, the account goes cold, and starting again feels worse than not bothering.

Handing it over fixes the discipline problem, not just the design problem. The calendar exists whether or not you had a busy week. The posts go out on the days we agreed. Someone replies to the person who asked about pricing at nine on a Tuesday night, which is usually the whole reason any of this pays for itself.

Consistency without the dread

The hardest part of social isn't one good post, it's the fiftieth. A calendar planned in advance means you never open the app wondering what to say today.

A feed that looks considered

Every post is designed in your brand, so the grid reads as one intentional body of work rather than whatever you had time for that week.

Someone actually in the comments

Replies and DMs are where accounts grow. We stay in there, in your voice, so people who reach out feel seen instead of ignored.

Decisions backed by numbers

We track what performs and adjust monthly, so the plan gets sharper over time instead of repeating whatever felt nice.

What a month looks like

So you know exactly what you're paying for, and exactly how little of it lands on your plate.

The rhythm

Always a month ahead

The point of working ahead is that nothing good ever gets made at the last minute. While this month is publishing, next month is already being planned and designed, which means there's room to think, to write a caption properly, and to react when something unexpected performs well.

Week one

Next month is planned and designed while this month is still publishing, so nothing's ever made in a panic.

Every week

Posts and stories go out on schedule, and comments and DMs get answered in your voice, not left sitting.

Mid month

A quick check on what's landing. If a format is clearly working, we make more of it before the month ends.

Month end

A plain-English report on what performed and what changed, plus a call to shape the next month together.

Your total time commitment: one call a month, plus approving the calendar.

The analyst edge

Most social help runs on instinct and trends. We come at it from an analytics background.

A nice-looking feed and a growing one aren't the same thing, and the difference is usually whether anyone is measuring. We test instead of assume, watch which formats and topics actually move saves, shares, and profile visits, and let that decide next month rather than whatever's trending.

Practically, it means when a post works you get told why, so it can be repeated on purpose. And when something isn't working, it gets cut early instead of quietly running for another six months because it looked fine.

How it starts

Two weeks from kickoff to your first published month, then a steady monthly rhythm.

01

Audit and discovery

We look at what you've been posting, what has actually worked, and where your audience already spends time. Then a kickoff call to get clear on goals and voice.

Week 1
02

Strategy and first calendar

You get your content pillars, posting cadence, and a full first month mapped out and designed. You approve it before anything publishes.

Week 2
03

We take over the feed

Designing, writing, scheduling, publishing, and engaging. You stay as involved as you want to be, or you go run your business.

Ongoing
04

Report and refine

Every month closes with a report and a call. What worked gets scaled, what didn't gets cut, and next month is built on real numbers.

Monthly

What it costs

A clear monthly rate, and an honest list of what moves it.

From $1,500per month, for two platforms fully managed

That covers the calendar, all post and story design, captions, scheduling and publishing, community engagement, your monthly report, and a strategy call. Onboarding and the initial strategy build are included, not billed separately.

What moves the price
Each platform beyond the first twofrom $400/mo
Short-form video editing for reels and TikTokfrom $500/mo
A content day, shot on iPhonefrom $700
Brand design, if you need one firstfrom $2,800

Billed monthly, with an initial three month commitment so there's enough runway to tell what's working. After that it continues month to month, cancellable with thirty days notice.

Questions

Most commonly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with Facebook and LinkedIn available. The base rate covers two platforms, because doing two properly beats doing five badly.

A typical month is around twelve to sixteen feed posts plus supporting stories, adjusted to what your audience actually responds to. We agree the exact number during strategy so it's never vague.

It helps enormously, and we'll set up a simple shared folder so it's painless. If you don't have imagery, we can work with brand graphics, stock, and design-led posts, or book a content day and capture a batch together.

A half-day where we capture a stack of photo and video content for you to use across the next few months. It's shot on iPhone, deliberately, because content that looks native to the feed tends to outperform polished studio work on Instagram and TikTok. If you need editorial product photography for a catalogue or e-commerce hero shots, hire a professional photographer for that, it's a different job.

Yes. The whole month is sent for approval before anything publishes, so there are never surprises. Once we find a rhythm, plenty of clients relax that to a lighter check.

Three months to start. Social compounds, and one month isn't enough to tell whether something is working or just new. After that it runs month to month.

Expect the feed to look consistent immediately, and engagement to move within the first month or two. Meaningful follower and inquiry growth usually shows across three to six months. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

After the initial three months you can pause or cancel with thirty days notice. You keep every asset created for you, no hostage-taking.
